Short update
I did get sort of a reprieve on my project deadline, but all that did was extend my work out over more days – so next week may be light too. However, this will give me a small bit of a break this weekend to catch up.
Tomorrow I should be able to update on the goings-on of the Wicomico County Republican Club, and what I consider might be another possible attempt by a few of the “hush monoblogue” folks to silence my website, or at least temper some of my criticism of certain folks. Stay tuned.

Please note that the opinions expressed on monoblogue are not necessarily those of the Wicomico County Republican Party Central Committee, of which I'm a member. (But they probably should be.)

I hope the Republicans will take note of O’Malley’s BS session with Barrie Tilghman at the American Legion. Not only did he ask for local officials to promote a state level tax increrase, but also this quip:
Per Joe Albero: “I made mention directly to the Governor [about Salisbury’s recent property] tax increase and his response was, “Great, it should have happened a long time ago.” Lt. Governor Brown stated to me directly in a separate conversation that he was blown away by that staggering figure and that he though the State Law was a maximum of 15%. . . .”
From the Daily Times website:
While in Salisbury Monday, O’Malley pressed his case for tax hikes to local officials, saying he needs their help to pressure lawmakers to approve new taxes in the face of future budget shortfalls. If not, he warned, the state will simply shove its fiscal problem onto cities and counties.
