The original post comes from April 6th, so this was begun as the original TEA Party planning was getting underway. I don't think it was in response to that effort.

My question is when did this plan materialize? Before or after the tea party movement started?

If after it would lend its’ self as a response to marginalize the movement and the blow back in 2010.

If prior, it shows a more calculated move towards a larger plan to marginalize certain voices in Maryland.

Either way something does not look right in that picture.
