		<description>One of my concerns about the slots question is whether the revenue directed to education is specified as additional funds.  My guess would be that some time in the future, the General Assembly will remove the education budget from the general fund and rely completely on the slots revenue for education.  I will be looking for the text of the proposal this week to see if this concern is warranted.  I also need to look at the numbers to see what the revenue projections are as a percentage of the current education budget.  

My other concern is the typical social and moral one.  The patrons who will visit slot machine locations, much like those who regularly play the Maryland Lottery, are those who can least afford to spend money in this manner.</description>
