		<description>Pipkin&#039;s claim to fiscal responsibility is quite dishonest. He voted, with our dems, for the MASSIVE and WASTEFUL O&#039;Malley $1.5 Billion budget.  Of course, he wasn&#039;t running for office then, so he wasn&#039;t preoccupied much with our welfare, tax $$$ or winning an election.  I find him to be nothing more than a disingeious opportunist.</description>
