While it is true that the State of Maryland has a budgeting department where professional budget analysts work to a minimal degree, the oddest part about the forum will be this:

No one will put together in their collective university minds that the City of Salisbury or the Wicomico County government has no proper budget analyst AND that there is a need for one.

While the university kids in attendance at the forum with their sexin’ and drinkin’ and spittin’ and foul mouthin’ and drinkin’ will certainly never stumble upon this simple realization, one would expect the university’s teachers or local political representatives to at least be able to, shall we say, draw a neuron closer to another.

No, even that it too much for the local political assemblage.
